Join the GDC (Global Delivery Center) and become a part of the PBS (Package Based Services) department, a team of over 300 SAP specialists. We combine deep technological expertise with strategic business consulting, delivering innovative solutions to global enterprises, including Fortune 500 companies. The PBS Consulting department focuses on every functional aspect of the SAP environment. Our role is to support the current business processes of our clients, their development, and optimization by proposing innovations using the latest SAP solutions. We also help our clients in the transformation to S/4HANA and in the integration of satellite systems. Our architects and senior consultants participate in the bidding process and the design of IT solutions for our customers.

YOUR TASKS

• Provide technical support and develop the SAP SuccessFactors system for international clients.
• Participate in requirements analysis, configuration, and testing of the system according to client guidelines.
• Create concepts for new solutions, advise clients, and implement proposed changes.
• Collaborate closely with the international SuccessFactors team within our company.
• Organize training sessions for client employees on SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
• Prepare presentation materials for client workshops.

YOUR PROFILE

• Minimum 4 years of experience in various modules of SuccessFactors, including functional knowledge and experience in implementing and supporting applications.
• Experience in analyzing and optimizing business processes in SAP SuccessFactors and managing projects.
• Possession of valid SAP SuccessFactors certificates in various modules.
• Good knowledge of English or German (proficiency in both languages will be an additional asset). Strong communication and presentation skills.

NICE TO HAVE

• SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Certificate and/or AMS/implementation experience
• Familiarity with SAP HCM (ERP).
• Experience in integrating SAP SuccessFactors with other HR or ERP systems.
