responsibilities :

Serve as the lead SME for ITBM/SPM and ServiceNow ITBM/SPM, providing expert guidance across the organization
Partner with business leaders, PMO, IT, and finance teams to align portfolio management, resource planning, and investment value delivery
Drive the implementation and configuration of ITBM/SPM modules (demand, project, resource, agile, financial planning)
Design, refine, and continuously improve processes for demand management, portfolio oversight, resource allocation, and financial monitoring
Advise stakeholders on governance structures, KPIs, and metrics to measure value realization
Build and maintain executive-level dashboards, reports, and analytics to enable data-driven strategic decisions
Conduct training sessions and knowledge-sharing workshops for business teams, PMO, and IT staff
Ensure high data quality, compliance with established processes, and ongoing process improvements
Act as a strategic connector between business objectives, financial priorities, and IT delivery
