What you’ll do

You will be working in the Oncology Biometrics Programming department providing statistical programming support related to the analysis and reporting process at project/study level for the delivery of the statistical programming aspects of clinical development. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, clinical study report development, regulatory submissions, commercialization, and the scientific utilization of our data for AstraZeneca products. Education, Qualifications, Skills and Experience

Essential for the role:

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s (or local equivalent) degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Life or Social Sciences or related field
2. Understanding of technical and regulatory requirements related to programming within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
3. Ability to multitask and collaborate as part of a global team
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to influence team members
5. Extensive SAS programming expertise to a high level within clinical drug development
6. Ability to work independently on assigned programming tasks
7. Extensive knowledge of technical and regulatory requirements
8. Good knowledge of CDISC standards and industry processes
9. Experience leading studies or activities in clinical trials
