responsibilities :


  • Manage a team of software engineers, make direct technical contributions, and provide guidance to team members. Guide the team through engaged priorities and balance short-term needs versus long-term strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with Program Managers, engineering leads, and partner teams to define the goal and drive the strategic roadmap.
  • Participate in engineering engagement with internal teams across sites and external partners, and influence and manage relationships with them.
  • Set the technical direction and plan deliverables and milestones. Drive execution, meet deadlines, and communicate status.
  • Empower and grow the team’s leadership and technical impact by modeling teamwork, cross-functional collaboration, and technical excellence.

requirements-expected :


  • Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Candidates will typically have 8 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., C, C++, Java).
  • Typically 5 years of experience in a technical leadership role; overseeing projects, with 5 years of experience in a people management, supervision/team leadership role.
  • Experience with distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (e.g., GCP).
