responsibilities :
Develop and maintain scalable, resilient production systems for electronic trading activities.
Automate deployment, monitoring, and incident response processes to optimize system reliability.
Troubleshoot complex system issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective solutions.
Collaborate closely with development and operations teams to enhance system performance and security.
Maintain and improve system health dashboards using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and Splunk.
Participate in on-call rotations, providing rapid support for live trading systems.
Implement infrastructure as code using CI/CD pipelines and container orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
Document processes, procedures, and system architecture to ensure operational excellence.
requirements-expected :
4+ years of experience in production engineering, SRE, or DevOps within the financial or trading technology sector.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, Java, or shell scripting.
Deep understanding of Linux operating systems and internals.
Strong networking knowledge and experience with high-performance, low-latency systems.
Hands-on experience with version control tools like Git.
Familiarity with SRE/DevOps tools including Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, Jenkins, or GitLab CI.
Proven ability to troubleshoot complex issues and develop automation solutions.
Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
Fluent in Polish and English, with strong command in both languages.
