The Position:

By joining our team in Renewables you will have the opportunity to:

1. Shape the future contract portfolio through local segment strategies together with the business line and suppliers.
2. Lead early phase engagement across the local supply chain (e.g.components manufacturers, port operators/owners, technical service providers).
3. Identify business cases and drive change in contract relationship to maximize value for the company.
4. Provide in-depth knowledge of local capabilities and constraints.
5. Advise and provide commercial guidance to the business line and contribute to the SCM organization and Category management team.
6. Proactively ensure high quality stakeholder management both internally and towards suppliers.
7. Take an active external role, representing Equinor in industry supply chain networks.

You:

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant area.
2. Minimum 3-5 years of working on high level strategic procurement in the Energy sector or other heavy industry.
3. Broad experience from technical and commercial procurement, ideally in the renewables segment.
4. A strong network in the supply chain market and relevant industrial bodies, experience in establishing relations.
5. Good understanding of the commercial and regulatory aspects of the projects to efficiently manage interfaces with the technical discipline.
6. Demonstrates high level of personal integrity and ethical awareness.
7. Native Polish speaker with excellent English skills.
