Strong understanding of Dev Sec Ops principles. Experience with modern software development (code management, test automation, APIs, microservices, cloud services). Able to coach multiple teams. Knowledge of distribution center operations and transportation processes is a benefit. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Patience and empathy with mentees and Agile newcomers. Comfortable with technical and non-technical audiences. Effective interaction with senior leadership. Excellent listening skills for understanding.
