Manage end-to-end key master data processes (vendor, customer, employee price, finance master data) in SAP and Microsoft Dynamix
Resolve tickets related to master data according to Standard Level Agreements
Prepare data reports and analyses using SAP, Microsoft Dynamix, MS Excel and other internal tools.
Analyse issues reported, define their root-causes, propose solutions,
and drive action plans.
Support SAP 4SHANA implementation (data validation, UATs, hyper care).
Perform data quality checks to ensure data is compliant.
Proactively escalate business risks related to process and system gaps.
Challenge existing processes and propose improvements to drive efficiency.
Create and update standard operating procedures and work instructions.
Share knowledge on MD standards with peers and local business functions and provide trainings as required.
Support Master data related projects by active participation in the phases of gathering requirements, testing & hyper care.
Support future data transition activities connected with team scope changes.
requirements-expected :
You have minimum 2-3 years’ experience at a similar position in Master Data Maintenance, Analytical Department, Finance Team or similar in an international company Understanding all master data process top level and being able to deep dive into details if needed
SAP4Hana working experience
You act as a subject matter expert on assigned master data processes and ensure efficiency of master data related processes.
You propose and implement any initiatives that result in master data process automation and standardization.
You prepare and report Master Data flow charts, work on instruction and standard operating procedures.
Be a role model for other team members.
You support SSC teams and internal customers in solving master data issues.
You provide training and guidance for other Master Data specialists and other departments’ peers.
You have bachelor’s degree in finance / economics / big Data or similar
You have good presentation skills and ability to plan and present content in meetings, calls
You have ability to perform trainings to other staff in the organization globally
You are quick learner of processes, systems and documents like standard operation procedure and working instruction
