Senior Specialist, Master Data Miejsce pracy: Kraków Technologies we use Expected Ariba SAP Your responsibilities Acting as an expert in all Master Data processes Supporting Team manager in workload and incident management Carrying out creation and maintenance process for Product, Bank, Customer and Vendor Master Data Carrying out due diligence process in close cooperation with Corporate Compliance & Sustainability Responding to queries from range of Stakeholders using various means of communication (ServiceNow/VIM/mail/phone) Performing Internal Controls Preparing standard and ad-hoc reports Supporting and promoting Master Data policies, guidelines and data standards in all daily activities and interactions Managing business relationship, taking ownership of more complex requests and issues as well as following them through to resolution Leading or taking part in improvement or knowledge management initiatives and creating best Master Data practices across functions Supporting development of Master Data processes, policies, standards and tools/systems Supporting Team Manager in team’s development by coaching, mentoring or training other members (including new joiners) Ensuring documentation for Master Data is updated with latest information Our requirements 3 years of experience with Procurement function; min 2 years of experience in Master Data processes Knowledge of best-in-class Master Data solutions and current trends is an asset Knowledge of Ariba and SAP systems English - at least B2/C1 level Strong communication skills Strong attention to details and quality Ability to manage stakeholders Ability to work with limited guidance and able to determine information needed to resolve more complex issues, manage pressure effectively and cope well with setbacks Ability to work with tight deadlines and with switching priorities Ability to work efficiently in multinational and virtual team Proactive and creative in terms of improving ways of working Taking ownership of assigned responsibilities, including self-development. Senior Specialist supports also Team Manager in workload management and incident management on daily basis and takes part in most complex projects assigned to the team, supporting effective realization of Group Business Service and HQ strategies.
