Senior Specialist Lifestyle Accounts Activation
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
Lead the development, execution, and optimization of omni-channel marketing campaigns & consumer activation within the Wholesale Lifestyle channel. Building plans that drive strong business growth and elevate Brand KPIs. Partner closely with Accounts Sales teams and strategic retail/fashion partners to deliver best-in-class brand experience and maximize sell-through across channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute the seasonal Account plan related to Global campaign strategy, local and key calendar moments
- Ensure the global guidelines delivers against the Accounts omni-channel marketing requirements.
- Stay agile and reactive for additional country or Account specific Sales or Marketing needs
- Support Manager Sales&Brand Accounts activation in developing and executing plans for the selected Accounts
- Plan and gain approval for the creation and execution of initiatives in line with brand guidelines for global and local moments
- Execute with excellence, Account marketing calendar to ensure that adidas wins at the point of purchase by category against the agreed KPI’s, including Retail and Digital Sales channel
- Support Accounts Marketing and Sales teams through day-to-day contact in all topics related to omnichannel communication and all other marketing activations intended for selected Accounts
- Regularly analyze store (retail) & online campaign performance in area of responsibility and proactively drive improvement actions if needed
- Support line manager in ensuring process speed, efficiency, and follow-up (POS/Digital Agency cooperation, communication flow, reporting, plan execution)

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- University degree in Marketing, Sales, or equivalent professional experience
- 2-3 years retail or marketing experience
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Previous Brand, Cultural or Sport related experience preferred, especially related to driving consumer events and engagement
- Knowledge of full marketing mix, understanding of the fashion market
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal
