With a 200-year legacy and a shared passion for what’s next, this is the right place to build a fulfilling career.**Location: Kraków****Hybrid model 3 days per week in the office /2 days for a parent of a child up to 4 years****Join us as a Senior Specialist in Fund Audit Control Team!**Brown Brothers Harriman is seeking a detailed-oriented and motivated Senior Specialist to join Fund Audit Control Team.In this role, you will be responsible for reconciliation of fund accounting records and the preparation of reporting packages for our clients’ investment funds — ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery to external auditors. You will collaborate closely with your Supervisor and Team Leader to meet critical reporting deadlines and maintain the highest standards of financial integrity. You will also be actively involved in coordinating audit cycles with external auditors, financial reporting teams, and internal accounting groups, helping to ensure a smooth and efficient process from start to finish. **Some of your key responsibilities include:*** Preparing the audit packaging of accounting records and reports through analysis and review of fund accounting activities* Analyzing and researching reconcilable differences – escalate discrepancies to appropriate internal accounting or support team to correct transaction or report* Responding to internal Financial Reporting and external auditor requests promptly and accurately* Working closely with internal teams in Accounting Operations and Client Service Teams* Ensuring monthly, accurate, and timely deliveries of all audit packages.* Ensuring that any accounting related issues or breaks are reviewed and resolved* Supporting continuous process improvement**What we offer:*** To encourage cultural awareness and philanthropy, BBHers have 1 Culture Celebration Day and 1 Community Service Day in addition to their paid standard vacation allowance* Contracts for an indefinite period, from day one* Private medical care* Life Insurance* Employee Assistance Program - offering independent and confidential counselling services for you and your family.
