responsibilities :
Supporting financial and management reporting processes.
Analyzing and verifying the effectiveness of sales revenues, service margins, pricing policies, promotions.
Optimization analyses in the area of direct, indirect costs, and investment expenditures.
Planning business and financial effects of business initiatives / verifying project profitability (ROI, NPV, IRR).
Preparing management reports (financial and operational) for internal and group company needs.
Financial modeling – responsible for elements of the companys long-term and short-term financial and operational plans (LTP/MTP, budget, forecasts).
Optimizing and automating reporting, planning, and analytical processes.
Developing tools for financial and operational reporting and planning.
Participating in the implementation of new IT tools.
Supporting and educating business departments in financial and controlling issues.
requirements-expected :
Higher education in finance, financial accounting, economics, mathematics.
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in controlling, management accounting, corporate finance consulting, or strategic consulting.
Very good knowledge of financial and management accounting.
Experience in preparing reports and analyses based on data from IT systems.
Knowledge of the internet and technology services industry will be a significant advantage.
Very good knowledge of MS Office, including expert knowledge of Excel (knowledge of VBA, PQ, QV/QS, SQL is welcome).
Ability to think synthetically, combined with analytical skills – ability to draw conclusions from analyzed data and propose optimizations based on analyzed data.
Ability to present analyzed data at various levels of recipients, communication skills, and ability to build and maintain positive relationships.
Task-oriented, goal-oriented, constructive approach to problems.
Independence, accuracy, and timeliness.
Ability to work under time pressure.
Very good knowledge of Polish and English.
