Ansell is looking for a Senior HR Specialist / EMEA Region Lead Recruiter to join our team in Krakow.

In this position you will partner with EMEA HR Managers, Business Partners and hiring managers to manage the full recruitment cycle—from sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring by using diverse channels such as social media, job boards, referrals and local market strategies to ensure Ansell attracts, hires, and retains top talent while building a strong pipeline.

Role responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for EMEA Region using the Ansell recruitment tool, eCareer.
  • Act as the first point of contact with hiring managers and direct candidates throughout the process.
  • Lead recruitment intake meetings with line managers.
  • Draft and communicate job postings in alignment with Ansell EVP.
  • Manage eCareer/Taleo: create requisitions, post ads, screen, and prepare offers.
  • Build and maintain candidate database for future roles.
  • Share recruitment market trends and make recommendations.
  • Conduct interviews using Ansell competency models.
  • Apply recruiting best practices, ensuring compliance with guidelines, RACI and KPIs.
  • Provide recruiting analytics and reports to HR and business stakeholders.
  • Prepare and extend employment offers aligned with HRBP-approved salary structure.
  • Promote employer branding through social media, postings, and programs.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Proven work experience as a Recruiter in an international environment (either an in-house recruiter or staffing agency).
  • Proven ability to conduct various interview types (structured, competency-based, stress).
  • Experience with selection processes (video/phone interviews, reference checks, assessments).
  • Skilled in organizing assessment centres.
  • Multicultural experience with strong diversity and CSR awareness.
  • Proficient in recruiting software, digital tools, and social media sourcing.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking skills.
  • Strong decision-making, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Fluent in English; other European languages are an asset.
  • Strong alignment with Ansell Values.
