Join the newly built team in the new implementation role! Join the FMCG global leader and shape the Consumer Engagement strategy in European market.
Key responsibilities:
- developing and managing effective loyalty programs
- taking actions to increase customers engagement
- tracking customers behavior and habits, creating data-driven reports and improving loyalty programs based on data
- co-creating media strategy based on customers behavior analysis
- tracking effectiveness of media campaigns
Who you are?
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- previous experience in digital and FMCG/Retail and good knowledge of omni-channel marketing
- experience in B2C communication for FMCG/Retail
- ability to understand customers data and user activities
- knowledge of different Marketing automation capabilities such as SalesForce Email Studio, Adobe Experience Platform, Cheetah Experiences, Google DV360, Monday.com, Bynder & Sprinklr would be an advantage
- excellent presentation skills and ability to infuence internal and external stakeholders
