SENIOR SPECIALIST AUTOMATIC DATA PROCESSING

a civilian post in IT Section in CIS Operations Branch that provides ADP support especially for all matters concerning Domain Infrastructure up to NATO Secret classified Systems

• Administrate and maintain IT system of HQ MNC NE based on Microsoft server platform as the domain system administrator
• Administrate and maintain E-Mail system based on MS Exchange
• Administrate and maintain WWW services based on MS SharePoint
• Administrate and maintain Backup system
• Administrate and maintain HQ MNC NE databases on MS SQL server
• Administrate and maintain Community of Interest Services (JOCWATCH, JCHAT, CoreGIS, NCOP, JTS FAST)
• Implement NATO security settings within classified systems
• Assist in implementing new improvements in HQ MNC NE IT infrastructure
• Assist in planning and conducting ADP training on HQ MNC NE specific applications as required
• Provide the 2nd level IT support to the Service Desk
• Administrate and maintain Community of Interest Services as secondary Administrator (MS SfB, AIMS, C2IS, Joint C2, TOPFAS)
• Administrate and maintain HQ MNC NE databases on Oracle SE (XE) and IBM Informix
• Contribute to the IT systems planning process
