Join Stadler Service’s team supporting service operations as a Senior Specialist for System Integration. You will be responsible for the development, monitoring, and optimization of interfaces between EAM (Infor/Hexagon 12.1) and key external systems (SAP SRM/S4HANA, local procurement and logistics systems).
responsibilities :
Maintain and develop interfaces (webservices, middleware, SQL) between EAM and SAP, supplier systems, and customer platforms
Analyze and optimize existing network solutions in terms of performance and data transfer
Implement, document, share knowledge, and maintain new ERP data exchange processes
Troubleshoot data exchange errors, monitor logs, and analyze lost transaction cases
Collaborate with IT teams (local and central) on data synchronization (purchase orders, work orders, proprietary data structures)
Coordinate testing and deployment of new EAM/SAP releases within the scope of integration
Prepare technical and process documentation for interfaces
Contribute to digitalization projects in service operations (e.g. P2P automation, order status tracking, e-components)
requirements-expected :
Minimum 5 years of experience with ERP/EAM systems and system integrations
Knowledge of SAP data structures (SRM/MM/PM) and webservices/API
Experience in SQL data analysis, interface error handling, and field mapping.=
Strong knowledge of XML data structures and transformations (XML, XSLT, XSD, XQuery) as well as JSON
Experience with XQuery and XML transformations in SQL Server
Knowledge of PowerShell/CMD/VMs as well as BPMN/UML
Ability to work with technical documentation
Practical understanding of logistics and service processes
English – minimum C1 level (international team communication)
Knowledge of data transmission protocols (HTTP(S), TCP/IP, FTP, SOAP)
Track record of at least 25 completed projects with an EAM system (Hexagon, Maximo, or SAP PM)
Experience with Infor EAM 11/12, tools such as Infor ION, BizTalk, SAP PI/PO
Willingnes to travel on business trips
