Senior Solutions Architect (Data Solutions) Miejsce pracy: Warszawa Technologies we use Expected Snowflake Databricks BigQuery Redshift Spark Kafka dbt Delta Lake Iceberg Operating system Windows About the project We are seeking an experienced Senior Solutions Architect specializing in modern Data & AI platforms to design, lead, and deliver advanced data solutions for enterprise clients. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with strong consultative and communication skills, enabling them to operate effectively across both technical and business stakeholder groups. Your responsibilities Technical Expertise •Broad and up to date knowledge of modern Data & AI technology stacks, including platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, Google BigQuery, and related ecosystem tools. •Proven hands on mastery of at least one major data platform, backed by demonstrable project history (certifications or advanced trainings are highly desirable). •Strong understanding of data engineering, data architecture, analytics, and cloud native solution design in enterprise environments. •Ability to architect scalable, secure, and future proof end to end data solutions across hybrid/multi cloud ecosystems. Solution Architecture & Delivery •Skilled at translating business needs into actionable technical architectures, solution blueprints, and delivery roadmaps. •Experienced in developing high level and detailed solution architectures, ensuring alignment with best practices, compliance standards, and client expectations. •Capable of supporting and guiding delivery teams, ensuring architectural consistency through the entire lifecycle. Client Facing & Cross Functional Collaboration •Excellent communication, storytelling, and facilitation abilities, with C2 level English proficiency. •Comfortable working directly with enterprise clients, senior stakeholders, and internal leaders across Business Units and Sales. •Able to handle challenging discussions, resolve objections, and persuade clients using data driven reasoning and clear argumentation. •Adept at bridging business and technology, driving clarity and consensus across diverse groups. Presales & Commercial Engagement •Skilled in participating in presales activities, including: •shaping solution proposals, •supporting RFP/RFI responses, •identifying client needs and solution gaps, •preparing technical demos and presentations. •Comfortable with defining scope, estimating effort, and identifying technical risks and dependencies during early sales cycles. Our requirements Strong hands-on knowledge of modern Data & AI tech (Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, Redshift, Spark, Kafka, dbt, Delta Lake, Iceberg, etc.). Proven expertise in at least one major platform (certifications welcome). Solid understanding of data engineering, data architecture, analytics, and cloud-native patterns. Excellent communication skills (English C2). Experience working with enterprise clients in consulting or architecture roles. Ability to run presales activities and communicate solutions clearly.
