Proficient in software design, Dev Sec Ops, CI/CD, and modern development principles. Knowledgeable in cybersecurity concepts. Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Kanban. In-depth ERP order management knowledge. Good understanding of upstream processes. Excellent communication skills for all levels. Comfortable with technical and non-technical audiences. Good judgment and decision-making skills. Collaborative team player. Patient and empathetic with diverse teams. Proven independent worker.
