REQUIREMENTS:

Must have:
- 5+ years of experience in a Technical Lead, Technical Program Management, or similar technical leadership role
- 3–5 years of experience across the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), from conception to delivery, as a software engineer working on highly scalable server platforms
- Proficiency in client–server interaction design, IP networking, and cloud infrastructure architecture
- Strong understanding of security trends and principles (encryption, hashing, TLS, etc.)
- Good understanding of WAF, Load Balancers, Networking, and IP
- Demonstrated understanding of system architecture, including scalability, limitations, boundary conditions, and architectural decision-making processes
- Proven experience delivering products against a plan in a fast-paced, multi-disciplined, and ambiguous environment
- Ability to analyze complex data and clearly articulate trade-offs and architectural decisions
- Deep knowledge of technical program management and engineering best practices
- Excellent cross-organizational communication skills (written and verbal, English C1)

Nice to have:
- Experience working independently to design, plan, and execute technical projects
- Experience in the telecommunications industry
- AWS certification
- Strong interest in digital technologies and trends; openness to experimenting with and integrating new technologies
