• The clipx ENGINEER engineering software for control cabinet building makes it possible to plan and order terminal strips, assembled mounting panels, and junction boxes more efficiently than ever. We also support our customers who run their own terminal strip production with our clipx ENGINEER assemble worker assistance add-on. • Owning the test strategy for software development projects for clipx ENGINEER
• Contributing to the overall architecture with regards to testability and localizability in collaboration with the software architect
• Creating test specifications for new product features as well as the required test infrastructure for automation
• Maintenance of existing test suites and test infrastructure
• Test execution, both automated and manual, and reporting
• Review of functional and design specifications as well as pull requests for features, tests, and test infrastructure
• Mentoring of junior team members
• Working with internal and external partner teams

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, applied computer science, software engineering, or a closely related field
• At least 6 years of industry experience as a software test engineer
• Extensive knowledge of and experience with common testing methods and tactics
• Several years of experience with both class-based and prototype-based object-oriented programming (C# and TypeScript preferred)
• Several years of experience with testing web applications and web services
• Excellent written and spoken English (at least CEFR level B2)
• CV in English
