Job Description:

• Working with experienced teams, mostly based in Poland, developing an integration platform for Dynatrace.
• Effectively build teams and hire new talents.
• Setting up goals for leaders.
• Provides leadership via mentoring engineers.
• Handling complex technology issues through the team.
• Supporting team members with training planning, performance evaluation, and career progression.

Qualifications:

• Understanding of Cloud Native environment.
• Knowledge of at least one cloud computing platform (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Familiarity with one programming language like Java, C++, or Python.
• Some experience in designing, developing, and managing cloud-based infrastructure and applications is a plus.
