About the project

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Engineer with expertise in .NET, Angular and Microsoft Azure, for our Client, a multinational investment bank and financial services firm.

It is a hybrid position for Wroclaw with 3 days in the office.

Your responsibilities

• Develop technology solutions that address business challenges
• Create, test, deploy, maintain, and improve applications, both new and existing
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to analyze processes and identify appropriate technical solutions
• Provide technical insights and recommendations for evaluating new software projects and initiatives
• Produce high-quality code that adheres to the Client’s standards and guidelines
• Review code and perform software testing as necessary

Our requirements

• A minimum of 7 years’ background in application development, testing, and deployment
• Proficiency in ASP.NET and C#, along with REST
• At least 3 years' expertise in Angular (version 2 and above)
• Strong skills in TypeScript
• Familiarity with Azure Cloud Services
• Competency in microservice architecture and cloud computing principles
• Understanding of data structures and proven problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with SQL scripting (MSSQL)
• Knowledge of Python scripting
• Understanding of DevOps concepts, including CI/CD and automated testing practices
• Commitment to diversity and fostering an inclusive workplace culture
• Background in collaborating with senior engineers to uphold code quality standards
• Ability to mentor and offer guidance to junior developers
• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken
• Background in financial services
