• The Vertex AI Platform team is introducing cutting edge AI/ML capabilities, including Generative AI to Google Distributed Cloud (GDC) Platform to make it super reliable, performant, cost effective, and simple for GDC customers.
• In this role, you will focus on bringing the machine learning investments to Vertex to provide the machine learning infrastructure, tools, and services that power GDC features.

responsibilities :

• Enable Generative AI capabilities on Kubernetes so they can run on Google Distributed Cloud.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE), TensorFlow, Research and Machine Intelligence, and Sister teams in Cloud AI in order to use their technology.
• Implement robust testing and validation processes to ensure consistent, reliable production services.
• Work with external customers to understand their requirements, onboard them, and help with load tests, bugs, and questions.
• Build low latency systems.

requirements-expected :

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages, and with data structures/algorithms.
• 3 years of experience testing, maintaining or launching software products, and 1 year of experience with software design and architecture.
• 3 years of experience with AI/ML algorithms and tools, deep learning, or natural language processing.
