designing and implementing sustainable IBM Planning and Analytics (TM1) database structures, e.g. system-wide frameworks such as process monitoring, system health dashboards or job orchestration
stabilizing a large-scale TM1 architecture, addressing key challenges such as a high memory consumption or long-running data loads
identifying, justifying and coordinating refactoring of legacy bottlenecks, such as TI processes and TM1 rules that do not follow best practice coding principles
collaborating with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into TM1 technical solutions
taking ownership of technical standards, defining and communicating new coding and modelling principles
ensuring alignment of all TM1 environments (incl. pre-production) as integral parts of a full lifecycle change-management and deployment standard
working closely with other developers and business teams to ensure high-quality deliverables
performing bug fixing, code reviews, and deployment activities following coding guidelines
requirements-expected :
fluent spoken and written English
degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent qualification
several years of experience in IBM Planning and Analytics (TM1) development and architecture
strong knowledge of TM1 database modeling and ETL processes
experience with performance optimization and troubleshooting in TM1 environments
familiarity with integration of TM1 with enterprise systems
experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and tools like Azure DevOps
ability to work independently and collaboratively in technical teams
strong communication skills and problem-solving mindset
