designing, coding, and testing complex programs from agreed specifications under consideration of architecture guidelines and coding guidelines
developing and maintaining source system reporting functionalities based on CDS views
implementing and executing unit tests and supporting business testing
processing incidents (analysis, bug fixing) for all issues regarding the application
executing technical application support and carrying out maintenance tasks (bug fixes, business support, interface monitoring)
developing documents before releasing to productive systems-
analyzing non-functional requirements
performing development activities during stack/release upgrades (e.g., SPDD, SPAU, releasing transports, implementing SAP Notes, etc.)
requirements-expected :
good command of business English (at least B2 level)
university degree in computer engineering / IT and/or similar qualification
8+ years of working experience in software development as a developer in (modern) ABAP
knowledge of clean coding, object-oriented development principles, agile development, DevOps technologies
analytical and problem-solving skills
proactive approach to identifying issues and presenting solutions and options
very good interpersonal and communication skills for working in a global environment in hybrid teams
