Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience with data structures/algorithms and software development in one or more programming languages.
• 3 years of experience testing, maintaining or launching software products.
• 3 years of experience building and developing infrastructure, distributed systems or networks.
• 1 year of experience with software design and architecture.
• Experience with compute technologies, storage, or hardware architecture.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science or a related technical field.
• 1 year of experience in a technical leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Build scalable systems to store machine learning data and to annotate data via Crowd Compute.
• Build a web platform for teams to build visualizations of machine learning system failures.
• Build tools for data collection proctors to collect data.
• Provide mentorship to other members of the team.
• Collaborate with clients at Google to ensure the requirements are met.
