We’re a team of 80 passionate tech professionals in Warsaw, collaborating closely with colleagues in the UK. Our culture is built on innovation, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement—and were looking for talented Senior Software Engineer to join our dedicated, autonomous and growing Trading Team to deliver critical new functionality to our clients and internal users. We are looking for someone with a full-stack technical background in Java, Spring Boot and/or Typescript, React, Nodejs using AWS Cloud.
Most colleagues work remotely, but you can also work from our office in WeWork Mennica Tower in central Warsaw. Please note, all work must be performed within Poland, as remote work from abroad is not allowed.

Ideal candidate have
- 5+ years of solid commercial programming experience
- Very good knowledge of Java and/or Typescript
- Working knowledge of Spring Framework and/or React, Node.js
- Hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL solution like postgresql, DynamoDb
- Experience with AWS Cloud
- Experience in working with docker, Kubernetes using microservices architecture
- Infrastructure as a code (terraform)
- Hands-on experience with design patterns, programming and testing best practices
- Comfortable working in a Scrum/Agile team;
- Developing secure & maintainable code;
- C1-level proficiency in English and at least communicative level (B2) of Polish – you will use both languages in all aspects of your daily work.
