Position: Senior Software Engineer (Java, Python) - CARFAX

Responsibilities and Impact:

The BST team is responsible for product configuration and orchestration with the internal tools to manage those, and we are looking for a skillful and passionate Senior Software Engineer that will be a technical representative for this team with:

• 5+ years of professional experience with Java and/or Python, ideally in combination with using well-known frameworks for developing REST APIs.
• Provides technical leadership to a development team, as well as aligning with business and other technical stakeholders on requirements.
• Experience designing and implementing application gateways and integrations.
• Agile mindset to achieve committed goals.

What We’re Looking For:

Basic Required Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Java and/or Python with 5+ years of experience.
• Experience with exposing APIs to external customers.
• Experience with flexible product configuration/integrations.
• Agile leadership skills.

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with asynchronous processing in product/data pipelines.
• API experience with access/identity management, subscription services, accounting, eligibility checks for exposed products.
• Team/People leader experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
