• Build and maintain backend microservices using Go and/or Java
• Design robust, scalable APIs and data pipelines
• Work closely with Product, DevOps, and Data teams to deliver critical features
• Improve performance, reliability, and code quality
• Participate in architecture discussions and conduct code reviews
• Mentor junior engineers and share technical expertise
• Stay updated with modern backend trends and best practices

• 6+ years of backend engineering experience
• Strong expertise in Java and/or Go
• Deep understanding of microservices, REST, and distributed architectures
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
• Proficiency with SQL/NoSQL databases and caching systems
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
