• Currently, for our Client in the payments industry, we are looking for a Senior Software Engineer (Genesys).
• Project Duration: longterm
• Work Mode: Hybrid (2-3x per week in the office)

• Implementation and execution of Contact Center strategy for voice, chat and email channels.
• Maintenance of the Contact Center Technology solutions platform on Genesys
• Maintain open communication with internal staff and vendors such as Genesys Tech Support.
• Able to work in a complex environment, Global/International experience and the ability to work across cultures and time zones.

• 4+ years of development experience using Genesys
• Strong ability to troubleshoot issues in Genesys or NICE/Avaya
• Knowledge of the NICE/Verint Workforce or call recording solutions.
• Design and Develop Routing Applications for Voice and Multi-Channel.

• Private medical care (with a choice of 3 packages - Luxmed, Medicover, PZU).
