Join our team and you’ll be responsible for designing and building the core backend systems that power our job-tech ecosystem. You will work in an environment that values clean architecture, scalable solutions, and modern technologies. Depending on your expertise and interests, you may contribute to areas such as user management, core platform services, or data pipelines.
Working in the Data Products domain, your main focus will be on Java-based backend development, while Python experience will be considered a strong plus — especially for work involving serverless components or data services.
You will play a vital role as we reimagine the labour market to make it work for everybody.

Design and develop innovative backend systems using Java (Spring, Spring Boot), and work closely with cross-functional international teams in an open and supportive environment
Implement and maintain microservice-based architecture, integrating with messaging systems like Apache Kafka, and use AWS and Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform) to ensure reliability and scalability
Lead and inspire. You will take part in technical discussions, contribute to system design (Event Storming, C4 modeling), and mentor less experienced colleagues
Apply Test-Driven Development (TDD) and best practices to deliver performant, well-tested, and maintainable code, and collaborate with QA and DevOps, using tools like Git, Bamboo, and Terraform for smooth delivery
Contribute to or maintain Python-based microservices or serverless components (AWS Lambda)
