Senior/Principal Software Engineer (Java, Python) - CARFAX

Responsibilities and Impact:

• Provides technical leadership to a development team, as well as aligning with business and other technical stakeholders on requirements
• Experience designing and implementing application gateways and integrations
• Agile mindset to achieve committed goals

What We’re Looking For:

Basic Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of professional experience with Java and/or Python, ideally in combination with using well-known frameworks for developing REST APIs.
• Experience with exposing APIs to external customers
• Experience with flexible product configuration/integrations
• Agile leadership skills

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with asynchronous processing in product/data pipelines
• API experience with access/identity management, subscription services, accounting, eligibility checks for exposed product.
• Team/People leader experience
