What you will be responsible for:

You will be a member of a self-organized scrum team consisting of Software Engineers with close collaboration with business experts. The team is responsible for developing and supporting set of enterprise products within the Trade processing and Settlement as well as Corporate Actions and Reconciliations.

After comprehensive onboarding program we expect you to:

•       Design, develop and test new features as well as support the existing product using mainly two languages (C# & APL)

•       Communicate and collaborate with Product Owners, Technical Leads during feature analysis, refinement, development and implementation

•       Analyse functional and non-functional requirements during feature refinements

•       Support of the product

•       Initiate technical and process enhancements in the team

•       Be proactive to improve automation, tools, frameworks, etc.

•       Define proactive actions to improve the quality of the product

•       Be proactive to improve automation, tools, frameworks, etc.

•       be a part of international team and interact with colleagues from Denmark, Poland, Ukraine, Germany and Great Britain.


What we value:

•       A M.Sc. in Finance, Computer Science, Mathematics or a similar field

•       Profound knowledge and minimum 3 years production experience in C# and .NET ecosystem

•       Profound knowledge of modern Web Application development

•       Experience in designing and developing Web APIs (REST)

•       Curiosity and readiness to learn programming language APL, in-house tools, and frameworks

•       Knowledge and experience in designing and implementation of all-level tests (E2E, API, UT)

•       Understanding and adherence to XP practices (TDD, BDD, pair-programming etc.)

•       Profound knowledge and minimum 3 years production experience working with relational databases (Oracle, MS SQL)

•       Profound knowledge of CI/CD processes and tools (git, TeamCity, etc.)

•       Readiness to support existing system (legacy)

•       Good English communication skills (upper intermediate and higher), written as well as spoken, as English is our corporate language

•       Ability and willingness to apply broad knowledge in different areas and constantly learn new things, such as specific business domain knowledge or new technologies

•       Good communication and presentation skills

•       Product mindset

•       (Preferably) Knowledge and experience in financial domain, fintech (Trade processing, Settlement, Corporate Actions and Reconciliations)

•       (Preferably) Experience as a member of Scrum team
