taking responsibility for analyzing and resolving issues related to service and component availability, reliability, and maintainability
monitoring critical workflows using alerting and readiness, adjusting or rescheduling jobs as needed, and executing job planning, including deleting lags and restarting cancelled jobs
acting as 2nd level support for all failures, tracking defects and solutions in Azure DevOps and ServiceNow
analyzing data failures, reviewing data quality gates, and managing the review process by handing it over to 3rd level support
participating in and executing disaster recovery, fixing findings from penetration tests, and driving necessary maintenance activities such as software updates
managing development and test environments in parallel to production
demonstrating service-oriented behaviour while working with business departments
collaborating effectively in larger teams and demonstrating strong communication skills
providing services during standard business hours, with rare availability on Saturdays during closing periods
requirements-expected :
fluency in English
university degree in computer science, mathematics
4+ years of experience in a similar role
experience with Azure DevOps, Azure Monitor, and VMware Cloud Foundation
proficiency in Windows and Linux administration, including PowerShell scripting, and ability to configure and maintain IIS servers, including certificate management
technical knowledge in ITSM, CMDB tools (e.g., ServiceNow), and vulnerability monitoring/remediation
experience in technical conception of database structures, data transfer, and ETL processes, particularly in TM1 databases
knowledge of IBM Planning Analytics Local is a plus
willingness to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high productivity and a strong work ethic, and to learn new technologies and methodologies
proficient in working independently and managing tasks with minimal supervision
strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
proactive approach to identifying issues and presenting solutions
