The Car App Library team is responsible for building frameworks that make developer jobs easier by abstracting hardware variability between cars and providing solutions that are driver-distraction aware.
We are looking to expand the application range that can be enabled in cars, and we are looking for engineers that can bridge the gap between system capabilities and developer needs.

responsibilities :
Collaborate closely with other disciplines, both internal partners such as core Android and external ones such as our automotive manufacturer partners.
Build understanding and expertise on automotive original equipment manufacturer (OEM) and app developer needs.
Define and use metrics to validate the impact of the work you do.

requirements-expected :
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience with software development in Kotlin.
3 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products, and 1 year of experience with software design and architecture.
3 years of experience with developing large-scale infrastructure; distributed systems or networks; or compute technologies, storage, or hardware architecture.
