We are helping them scale their Krakow office.
• As a Senior Software Engineer, you will join an international, cross-functional product team focused on developing and enhancing the client’s global digital platform, including web, mobile, and cloud-based systems. You will deliver high-quality software solutions that meet business needs and align with technical standards.
• In this role, you’ll provide technical leadership, contribute to best practices, and drive test-driven development and clean code principles. You’ll collaborate closely with engineers, QA specialists, and product stakeholders across multiple regions.
• Stack: C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET, AKS, React/React Native
• Working model: Hybrid - 3 days weekly from the office
• Location: ul. Pawia, Krakow

• Ensure high quality and efficiency of software development processes and outcomes.
• Provide technical leadership within the project team, aligned with overall Engineering and Architecture frameworks.
• Contribute to the effective and efficient functioning of the development team.
• Ensure developed solutions meet both functional and non-functional requirements.
• Promote and follow test-driven development (TDD) practices.
• Implement and maintain comprehensive unit testing, including automated tests.
• Collaborate with Quality Engineers to develop and integrate automated integration and acceptance tests.
• Produce technical documentation for developed features in line with established standards.
• Adhere to defined coding practices and standards.
• Conduct peer code reviews to ensure quality and knowledge sharing.
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives).
• Maintain transparency through accurate time estimation and status reporting.
• Work closely with cross-functional technology teams to deliver valuable outcomes for business stakeholders.

• 5+ years of experience in digital development and project delivery.
• Proficient in C#, .NET Core, and other server-side technologies.
• Familiar with React and React Native for building modern web and mobile applications - is a plus.
• Proficient in RESTful web services and HTTP standards.
• Experience with SQL, NoSQL, and IndexedDB.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (esp. AKS - Azure Kubernetes Service) is valued.
• Comfortable with CI/CD pipelines, preferably using Azure DevOps, and knowledge of feature toggling strategies.
• Familiarity with API gateways, service bus technologies, and identity access management systems.
• Skilled in unit testing, clean coding, and writing maintainable, high-quality code.
