Technical Leadership & Architecture: Own the design and technical implementation of services and features. Contribute to architectural decisions, enforce best practices, and guide the team in choosing appropriate tools, patterns, and technologies.
Write and review code: Write and review clean, efficient, and well-tested code while setting and and enforcing high code quality standards.
Mentorship & Team Collaboration: Support and mentor other less senior developers, foster code quality through reviews and pair programming, and actively contribute to team culture and continuous improvement.
End-to-End Project Ownership: Take responsibility for delivering high-quality features or services—from ideation and design through implementation, testing, deployment, and monitoring—with a focus on reliability, scalability, and performance.

Strong experience with .Net 8 is a must
Proven experience working with front end JavaScript frameworks (NextJS, ReactJS or Vue.js)
Experience working with relational databases
5+ years of experience in full stack software development
Experience working with cloud services (Azure preferred)
Experience working with deployment pipelines (Azure Pipelines or Bitbucket)
