Are you a backend engineer with a passion for building highly available, scalable, and distributed systems? As a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a key role in designing and developing robust applications that power our platform.

• 5+ years of experience building microservice-based systems, including 3+ years hands-on with Golang
• Strong ownership mindset, independence, and responsibility for system stability
• Solid understanding of distributed systems, plus experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience with MongoDB, Timescale DB, Kafka, RabbitMQ, Argo CD, and Jenkins
• Ability to troubleshoot production issues and reduce technical debt
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders
• Communicative level of English and native-level Polish
• Familiarity with Jira, GitLab, and basic Java syntax
• Team-player attitude with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
