OKR stands for Objectives and Key Results, a popular method of setting and tracking measurable goals, famously adopted by Google, Gates Foundation, Bono, and many other world-renowned companies.

Our products are growing quickly as we are adding new features, improving users experience and improving core technology. We’re looking for new colleagues who will help us with that mission.

OKR for Jira is developed in Java, TypeScript, and React. It’s hosted in the Google Cloud Platform and utilizes the MongoDB Atlas database.

• Proven record (5+ years) of delivery of multiple complex software development projects or products;
• Hands-on experience with back-end (Java, Spring: MVC, Boot, Data, etc.);
• Willingness to learn and use multiple technologies (frontend and backend);
• Truly engineering approach to solving problems. Good theoretical foundations of computer science (e.g. algorithms and computational complexity, OOP) are super practical in the ever-changing landscape of technologies;
• Solid architectural understanding of web applications, including performance, quality and security aspects;
• Good understanding of modern Cloud architectures, and practical experience implementing them in AWS or GCP;
• Ability to decompose complex problems into well described, realistic to estimate tasks;
• Desire and ability to mentor other team members;
• Command of English at level B2 or higher;
• Front-end technologies experience with TypeScript / JS and its frameworks (e.g. React) is nice to have.
