• Experience designing and operating IAM or identity orchestration solutions in cloud environments
  
• Hands-on experience with modern identity platforms (e.g. Auth0, Okta, WorkOS)
  
• Strong backend programming skills in Python, Go, Java, or Node.js
  
• Solid understanding of identity standards and federation (OAuth2, OIDC, JWT, SAML)
  
• Experience with event-driven architectures and Infrastructure as Code (e.g. Terraform)
  
• Experience running cloud-native workloads (Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, Kubernetes)
  
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills
  
• Security-first mindset with strong ownership and attention to quality
  
  Nice to Have
  
• Cloud security or cloud architecture certifications
  
• Experience with additional identity providers (Okta, Azure AD, Ping)
  
• Knowledge of Kubernetes RBAC, workload identity, or secrets management
  
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI, HIPAA)
  
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
