This role will be involved in testing the frontend and backend components of ActiveCampaign Postmark. The ActiveCampaign Postmark engineering team consists of ~10 engineers, spread across the Frontend, Backend, QA, and SRE teams.

Technical Environment:
- You will be engaging with a broad range of technologies and tools aimed at ensuring the quality and reliability of our web-based applications. This includes:
- Extensive manual testing methodologies (Black/Gray Box Testing, Exploratory Testing, Cross Browser Testing)
- Automated browser testing (Selenium, Playwright)
- Both UI and RESTful API testing
What your day could consist of:
- Planning, designing, and executing test cases with a focus on both manual and automated testing.
- Collaborating closely with development teams to identify potential issues early in the development cycle.
- Participating in code reviews and providing valuable feedback to improve overall product quality.
- Utilizing task management and bug tracking tools to organize and prioritize testing efforts.
- Enhancing our automated testing framework, contributing to a more efficient and effective testing process.
What you need:
- 5+ years of experience in manual testing
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in automated testing
- Solid understanding of email technologies such as IMAP, POP, SMTP and their testing implications
- Proficiency in containerization (Docker)Experience with version control systems, API testing, and web debugging tools
