As we are constantly growing and developing, we are currently looking for Senior Software Developer who will join our development office in Gdansk (Poland).

As part of our Asset Finance team, you will help businesses unlock growth by providing innovative financing solutions for essential assets like vehicles and equipment. As a market leader in the Nordics, collaborating with some of the largest car brands, and powering the majority of all Nordic financed cars, you will play a key role in creating solutions that make these assets more accessible, enabling clients to achieve ambitious goals and drive lasting success.

As our Software Developer you will:

• Be an active member of a development team working on companys PreView financial product revolving around onboarding of Leases, Loans and Credits,
• Learn the onboarding complexities, including credit assessments, customer scorings, integrations with 3rd party, client, and government systems,
• Develop, maintain, and modernize code using technology from Microsoft stack,
• Be a part of an interdisciplinary team of professionals, where your voice truly matters,
• Collaborate with other departments in an international environment, delivering on team’s goals.

Are we a great match?

To master the role of Senior Software Developer role we believe that you have:

• At least 4 years experience with .NET C# development, backend, or full stack,
• Good English & Polish skills allowing for efficient communication in an international environment,
• Strong alignment with our Employee DNA.

Preferred skills and experience:

• Strong proficiency in C# and .NET,
• Experience in REST and SOAP,
• Experience in Javascript,
• GIT, Azure DevOps,
• T-SQL, Microsoft SQL Server,
• Strong understanding of software design principles, patterns, and best practices,
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail,
• Agile and Scrum methodologies,
• Financial or banking sector interest.
