about-project :
As a Senior Software Developer on our R&D team, you will own the design, implementation and commissioning of advanced motor-control algorithms and power-electronics software for on-vehicle converters. You will collaborate with hardware engineers, system integrators and test technicians to bring next-generation traction systems into service.
responsibilities :
Architect and implement real-time control software in C/C++
Develop and optimise vector-control and sensorless-control algorithms for AC motors (flux reduction, optimal pulse patterns)
Program and debug embedded firmware on Texas Instruments C2000 and ARM Cortex platforms
Apply modern control techniques and energy-efficient strategies to induction-motor drives and traction systems
requirements-expected :
Degree in Control Systems or Electrical Engineering or related field
5+ years’ experience in power-converter and control-system software development
Strong background in traction converters (voltage/current converters) and rail-vehicle electronics
Expert in C/C++, with additional proficiency in C#, Python and scripting tools
Hands-on MATLAB & Simulink experience for electrical and control-engineering applications
Deep knowledge of power-converter topologies, semiconductor devices and thermal/loss calculations
Proven track record programming TI C2000 and ARM Cortex microcontrollers
Ability to read/draw electrical diagrams and perform electrical measurements
Familiarity with modern motor-control techniques, energy-efficient drive strategies
