ViQi from Motorola Solutions allows for voice-activated AI support to help you spend more time on what matters most. With ViQi, officers stay more informed, maintain situational awareness, and operate more safely and efficiently.
Position Overview:
We’re seeking a skilled Senior C# Engineer to join our engineering team and help enhance and expand the capabilities of ViQi VIRTUAL PARTNER.
In return for your expertise, we’ll support you in this new challenge with coaching & development every step of the way. Also, to reward your work, you’ll get the following:

- Hybrid/ remote work
- 7+ years of software development experience, working with C# and Python.
- Experience leveraging chatbot technologies and conversational design. e.g. AWS LexBot, GCP Dialogflow, Voiceflow, etc.
- Expert knowledge of software design and best practices for full development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing methodology, security, and audit/monitoring requirements.
- Strong experience developing for containerized solutions (Docker, Kubernetes) and serverless infrastructure (e.g. AWS Lambda).
- Experience working with cloud-based solutions and configuration: Azure, AWS, GCP.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills to collaborate in a multinational environment with teams spanning the globe.
Desired Skills
- Familiarity with Machine Learning operations lifecycle.
- Familiarity working with LLMs (large language models).
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
