Qualifications

• Familiar with Jira, Jira Service Desk, and OpsGenie
• Experienced with CI/CD tools (e.g., Octopus Deploy, Azure DevOps)
• Skilled in Terraform
• Proficient in orchestration and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm)
• Knowledgeable in monitoring solutions (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, PRTG)
• Strong server administration expertise (Windows & Linux)
• Understanding of virtualization technologies (VSphere)
• Knowledge of networking and firewalls
• Database administration (MSSQL, MongoDB)
• Experience with SOLR, and ElasticSearch administration
