responsibilities :
Supporting code and systems for internal scalability, security, and reusability,
Collaborating cross-functionally to support systems and software solutions that help site reliability and performance for multiple technical offerings,
Contributing to product quality improvements,
Configuring and troubleshooting software applications, systems, databases, and associated devices,
Monitoring and escalating application performance concerns that threaten application functionality.
requirements-expected :
Providing customer support on merchant escalated issues specific to applications (e.g. increased latency, transactional issues, features not working as encouraged, etc.),
Advancement in one or more general programming languages (e.g., Java, Python),
Experience supporting modern services and web applications on Linux and or Windows environments,
Willingness to learn new technologies: Dev-ops platforms, Kubernetes, Docker, etc.
Professional experience of collaboration with Product, Test, Dev-ops, and Agile/Scrum teams,
Bachelors degree in Math, Science, Engineering, or Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
