Were looking for an experienced Site Reliability Engineer to join Secure Remote Commerce (SRC) team which is part of Payment Services.
This role is responsible for developing and executing a Development Operations strategy to ensure quality software and infrastructure deployments and overall application health, security and performance.
This role is responsible for maintaining the service-level agreement critical production platforms or products and providing automated operations to ensure the service to our clients is always of the best quality.
responsibilities :
Defines and implements architectures CI/CD (Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment) process tailored for the team’s environment
Develops AWS infrastructure to incorporate latest technology best practices, and improve operational performance
Improves development, deployment and testing to make it as much automated as possible
Supports teams by sharing knowledge and best practices (including clear documents for complex integration procedures)
Operates and debugs complex integration processes and environments in autonomy
Follows approach "infrastructure as code" as much as possible
Gives training and shares best practices
Drives improvements in SRE across all team members with strong collaboration of SRE manager
Coaches and guides less experienced SREs
Coaches and mentors different teams in technical areas, develop the knowledge of related technologies (monitoring, deployment, cloud tools etc.)
Brings proactive support approach, product design review, collaboration with development team during product development
Communicates with internal and external stakeholders during planned interventions or changes and outages
SRE Team works on rotary on-calls
