Our Partner is creating a self-hosted SaaS platform designed for regulated and air-gapped environments. As a Senior SRE, you will own the installer, updater, and debug toolkit — the systems that make SaaS+ deployable, upgradable, and operable without external assistance.
This is your chance to design the lifecycle engine of SaaS+ — the foundation ensuring customers can install, update, and troubleshoot with confidence.

Senior Site Reliability Engineer

Workplace: Gdynia
Your missions:
- Installer & Updater - Support software engineers in building an offline-capable installer (CLI + UI) and a one-click upgrade/rollback orchestrator using immutable Docker/OCI images, Helm charts, and Kubernetes operators
- Debug Toolkit - Deliver the air-gap debug system: diagnostics, log/metric capture, auto-redaction, and signed export artifacts so operators can resolve issues independently
- Resilience & Operability - Embed self-diagnostics, health checks, and recovery steps so operators can recover quickly without relying on external support

- Kubernetes: k3s, Traefik, Cilium, Ceph, ArgoCD, Helm, Rancher
- Observability: Thanos, Prometheus, Grafana, Loki
- Tools: Python, Ansible, SaltStack, Terraform
- Databases: Elasticsearch (> 300 nodes), Kafka (> 3M rps), Clickhouse (> 10 TB), Redis, KeyDB, PostgreSQL, ArangoDB
- CI/CD: GitHub Actions, Harbor
- Cloud providers: OVH, Akamai, Azure, Scaleway
What we're looking for in candidates:
- 5+ years of experience in an SRE role on large-scale infrastructure
- Strong expertise in Kubernetes operators, Helm, and containerized deployments
- Proven track record of building installation and upgrade frameworks for distributed systems
- Hands-on experience with immutable infrastructure and secure artifact management (signing, SBOMs)
- Ability to make complex systems operator-friendly, even in restricted and air-gapped environments
