Collaborate with others to build the best solutions for customers

As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer, you will perform system analysis and troubleshooting, assess performance and capacity of our platform, and make improvement recommendations. Having identified improvements, youll work with engineering and the SRE teams to implement new features and products.

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have relevant experience and knowledge in Computer Science or another quantitative discipline
• Demonstrate experience in developing solutions Python, Bash, or other languages
• Demonstrate experience in internet protocols such as DNS, HTTP, TCP
• Have experience working with and analyzing complex systems in Linux, VM, and Kubernetes production environments
• Show excellent communication skills and articulate technical information in a clear and easy to understand manner
• Display excellent organization skills, managing priorities and multiple tasks
• Be a self-starter, proactively taking the initiative to solve problems and have a drive to improve results
