PROJECT INFORMATION:

Client: IT services company from Norway

Remote work: 2 days/week onsite from Warsaw (Mokotów)

Project language: English

Business trips: max once/twice per 3 months to Norway or less

Project length: 24 months contracts + prolongations

Start: ASAP / Flexible; we’re open to candidates ready to start at least with the beginning of Feb 2025

Assignment type: B2B

Equipment: provided by the client (HP)

Position Framework

  • A team with several areas of responsibility, including Quality, Knowledge and various systems such as ServiceNow and Cisco.
  • Broad competence team with focus on cooperation and learning from each other.

Competency requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.

Experience:

  • At least 7 years of experience in ServiceNow administration.
  • At least 3 years of experience in ServiceNow development.
  • Experience with ITSM and as a plus experience with other modules.
  • Certifications in ServiceNow (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer) are a plus.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
  • Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST/SOAP APIs.

Other requirements:

  • Professional English verbal and written communication skills.

Personal qualities:

  • Good communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
